In 1988, he graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, and a B.S. in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1991. Adding to his adjustment techniques, in 1997 Dr. Kais obtained a certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. In 2006, he earned his certification as a Wellness Practitioner; helping patients toward a healthier life by removing nerve interference to the spinal system, balancing nutritional deficiencies and hormonal imbalances, eliminating emotional stress patterns and helping patients detoxify their bodies.

In 2016, Dr. Kais traveled to Thailand to receive advanced training in the art of Traditional Thai Yoga massage from the Sunshine Massage School.

In 2018, Dr. Kais became certified in decompression therapy to reduce the effects of spinal disc herniations, bulges, arthritic compression, sciatica, brachial nerve root compression as well as hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow and wrist conditions. He purchased a KDT decompression nueroflex table to help correct the above conditions

As a healer, he continues to educate himself in effective disciplines to ensure his patients receive the highest quality of care. By utilizing his vast knowledge and techniques, he designs a specific protocol for each individual patient’s needs to help them reach their optimum physical and mental well-being.
Dr. Kais embraces more of a Holistic style of chiropractic and bodywork, focusing on correcting the cause of dis-ease rather than treating symptoms alone. He offers gentle, low force adjusting techniques as well as traditional adjustments, therapeutic bodywork and Thai Yoga massage.
